We understand that life happens and schedules may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not show up for your appointment, a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged.

This policy allows us to respect the time of our stylists and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Thank you for your understanding and support!
